Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges

We refund orders only if we are unable to fulfill them. Once an order has shipped, we would be happy to exchange your item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order (extended to 10 business days after the holidays). Products must be unused/unworn for consideration.

Shipping
To make an exchange, please mail your product to: Red Barn Books, SITE 2, COMP 25, RR1, Carstairs AB T0M0N0, Canada. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
